Grand Touring Burger

Strawberry Spring Salad

Our house arugula spring mix, cucumber, tossed with a lemon vinaigrette, and topped with house made candied pecans, fresh strawberries, and crumbled feta.

Vietnamese sticky wings

Fish sauce and garlic glazed wings topped with crispy fried garlic and fresh chopped cilantro. Served with lime wedges.

Carnitas Street Tacos

3 Street Style Tacos. House-Made Crispy Pork Carnitas with chipotle slaw, onion, and cilantro in a corn tortilla. Served with chips, salsa verde and avocado verde.
Chicken Gorgonzola Sandwich
Grilled chicken breast, bacon, spring mix, tomatoes and our house made gorgonzola sauce on whole wheat bun. Served with house made tortilla chips.

Spicy BBQ Tofu Bites

Hand breaded Crispy Fried Tofu tossed in a sweet and tangy Memphis BBQ sauce. Served with a side of carrots, and our vegan avocado verde salsa.

GREEK QUINOA SALAD

Tri-Color quinoa tossed in spring mix and arugula in a lemon vinaigrette with feta cheese, chopped olives, heirloom cherry tomatoes, pepperoncini and cucumber.

Smash Burger

1 smashed sirloin/short rib/brisket blend burger patties topped with smoked gouda, shredded lettuce, tomato and house made BaBC sauce on a wheat bun. Served with house made tortilla chips. Add a 2nd patty and/or Bacon for additional charge.

Polenta Fries

Fries made from a polenta and parmesan cheese blend, with a spicy gorgonzola dipping sauce.
BaBC Grilled Cheese
Another “classic”, made with sharp cheddar, smoked gouda, and parmesan on sourdough bread. Served with a side of salsa verde for dipping and a Creole potato salad. Add BBQ Brisket, Chorizo, or Bacon for an additional charge.
